Company History

Fernandina Beach Realty was formed in 1974 by Steve Simmons as a full-service real estate and rental management office. The company is proud to have been involved in the construction and development of several of the finer condominium and residential developments on and near the Island. Being the first, full-service rental/property management office on the Island, we have grown and so has the demand. Since 1989 our short-term rental program has increased 143% and the long-term program, 131%.

Expertise

Our excellent beachside location lends a hand in our expertise on the beach of Amelia. Our staff specializes in oceanfront condominiums, homes, rental property and lots. We have also played an important role in the commercial renovations at Main Beach. Several staff members are also experts on property off the Island, such as Yulee, where you may find large acreage tracts or farms. Whatever your need, we have someone that can assist you.

Real Estate and Rental Services

Residential - new and resale properties. Vacant lots including Little Piney Island and Nassau Lakes in which we share partnership. Commercial property sales. Our full-service rental department offers both vacation and long term rentals and property management.

Comments

In addition to our full-service rental department, we are the on-site rental manager for Amelia South Condominiums and The Oceans of Amelia which are both oceanfront complexes. Amelia South is a 92-unit condominium comprised of two and three bedroom units. The Oceans of Amelia is a 42-unit condominium with two bedroom units. We have separate staffs and reservations systems at both locations.
